This was my first independent project. The process of creating this piece was a little bit different then my normal process. I first drew the entire piece using charcoal and soft pastel. Then I took a picture of it and imported it into Adobe Photoshop. I then used Photoshop to edit the picture and create layers and depth. I love the radial compostion and the entire piece in general. The craftsmenship was not perfect but overall I really like it.My theme is combining standerd methods and mediums such as charcoal and soft pastel, with digital design. Mixing the two different processes creates a very unique finished product that I hope to continue to get better at.

Kevin, I think that you did a HORRIBLE job!... Just kidding ;) Honestly, I really love watching you complete these pieces. I love how you digitally alter your own artwork and I think that you are doing a great job creating unity, balance and variety. I also think that you did a really nice job of choosing the radial digital image to bring everything together. Great piece!
